After poking around on their site for hours I never found any templates whatsoever. So I went back to my computer and designed one in a program resident on my machine. Then I was unable to extract any information from their website as to how to upload my page.

Since Just Host supposedly offers \"first class 24/7 technical support\" I called them. The on-line \"help\" bot was of no assistance whatsoever. The call either produced someone who didn\'t know English very well, or someone who didn\'t know anything about their site or software - or maybe both.

When I finally gave up and decided to opt out I sent an email and have never recieved a response - customer service my ass.

It looks like the site is full of options . . . for those who already have a site and just want to switch hosts. If your new to all of this - forget it. Pay someone to build your website and find a host - it will be money well spent. \"
